After a morning of fruitless calls and emails, Ken was the first person to actually answer the phone, despite the fact he was under a sink! He quickly reassured us he could be around within a couple of hours and was the astute professional. He made a very thorough job, checking the whole system over and making a number of recommendations to get the best out of our heating system.
